History:
Pulsat was incorporated in 1996 as a mergers and acquisitions, project finance and management group and thereafter has had a presence in Canada, Central Europe and South Eastern Europe. Pulsat has participated in funding mission critical projects for various governments and organizations such as EC/EU, OSCE and the UN.
Focus:
After 2001 the Company’s focus changed to a provider of global financial services including: acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, corporate finance, investment banking and financial services such as business valuation for advisory, litigation support and taxation purposes.
